Finally, it’s the weekend. WKND Skateboards is a young brand out of Los Angeles, started by Grant Yansura and friends like Raymond Molinar, Johan Stuckey, and Christian Maalouf. After joking about their current sponsors on a skate trip, they decided to launch their own brand. WKND was born.
While the crew runs it together, Yansura handles most roles including filming and management. WKND brings fun back into skating with creative videos, skits, and a laid-back vibe that stands out in today’s serious scene.
