Shipping & Returns

Q. What is your return policy?

A. All items set to be returned must be unopened and in the original packaging with all original tags still attached. The item cannot be used in anyway. This means no shoe marks on grip, no pulling tags/stickers off shirts, plastic wrap still on decks and no pressing bearings into wheels. You have 60 days to return all unused orders for a refund from the date of purchase (excluding our shipping cost our to you, we withhold that amount of money from your refund). If your item is used in anyway it can not be returned. If you are past 60 days your item can not be returned.
Q. How are warranty issues handled.
A. Most skateboard manufacturers warranty items directly and you will need to contact the manufacture for more details. If you need help contacting a manufacture we would be glad to help. Please do not sent any warranty items back using the Amazon return system. All items sent this way will be refused.
Q. Is shipping refunded if I return my order?
A. No, shipping is not refunded on returned orders.
Q. If my order had free shipping and I want to return it, is it a full refund or do you subtract for shipping.
A. Items with free shipping will have the original shipping cost subtracted from the refund amount. If you have a question on how much this will be you can contact us, but we use the current Amazon shipping cart to figure out the total to be subtracted from your refund.
Q. Do skateboard decks come with anything?
A. If you order a skateboard deck from us it comes blank with no trucks, wheels grip or anything. If you want grip, please order a sheet and contact us to apply it.
Q. Who pays for the Duties/Taxes/Tariff on international orders?
A. The buyer is responsible for paying all Duties, Taxes or Tariffs. If you have questions about the amount of taxes you may need to pay we can help you figure it out.
Q. If I place an order with expedited shipping on the 19th will I get it by the 24th of December.
A. More that likely you will not get the item till the 26th. You have to keep in mind that 3rd Party sellers such as ebay, Amazon, Sears etc  do not always send us the order info immediately, plus we still need time to ship the order out. We do try to get all orders out within 24 hours, but during the holiday season that is not always possible. Also expedited is a 2-3 business day service.
Q. I paid for expedited shipping on my order, why was it not sent over night.
A. Expedited shipping is UPS 2nd Day, if you check the rates you paid vs the UPS web site you will see they pretty much match up. If you would like the order sent faster please contact us, but extra charges will apply. The shipping we offer works like this:
Standard - UPS Ground (or USPS Priority Mail depending on size)
Expedited - UPS 2nd Day Air
Next Day - UPS Next Day Air
Q. I purchased skateboard wheels and they don't work with my Rollerblades.
A. We only sell skateboard wheels and they are only for skateboarding.
Q. How many wheels do I need / How any trucks / How many bearings?
A. One set of four skateboard wheels / One set of two trucks / One set of eight bearings.
A. All Skateboard Wheel and Bearing Sets come with Bearings Pressed into the wheels.
