Founded by Jeremey Jones in 2010 in collaboration with Nidecker, Jones boards are renowned for their exceptional performance and innovation within the snowboard manufacturing industry. As a legendary snowboarder and backcountry trailblazer, Jeremy Jones has continued to revolutionize the sport through exceptional boards, in both quality and creativity. Although Jones Boards were born from partnership with Nidecker, Jones officially earned their reputation after partnering with surf board shaper Chris Christenson. Jeremy’s search for a board with exceptional glide made Christenson and Jones an ideal pairing with the first creation of the series being The Surf Chaser. Using his knowledge of surfboard shaping and glide, Christenson applied a rail to the board reminiscent of an actual surfboard. Through rigorous testing by Jeremy Jones himself, the Surf Chaser was a decided success. Soon after, the famed Mind Expander and Mind Expander twin came to fruition; a playful camber board with a short sidecut. The final installation was the Storm Wolf, boasting a dramatic swallowtail and long side cut for stability and power for all-mountain play. The passion put into Jones boards is evident in its creation and is truly worthy of its place in the snowboarding world.
