Byerly 17 Action Wakesurf Black 54"The Action is the premier skim surfer in the Byerly lineup. A new addition last year, this board quickly become a must-have for many people’s boat quiver. Lock into a surfy turn one moment and stomp a shuvit the next moment on Byerly’s hard charging hybrid shape.
The minimal rockerline and dual concave base give this board some serious speed and the acceleration necessary to catch back up with the wave after spinning a 360 or doing an air. The squash tail design gives the board a more skim feel, allowing it to be rode both regular and switch.
Built with Byerly’s Dura Shell Construction, this board is extremely durable and can withstand a beating without getting dinged up. An EPS foam core like a traditional surfboard makes it super light and quick on the water. Equipped with five fin boxes and a set of .8” P-Wing fins, the riding options are endless. Configure the board as a single or twin fin for a looser, more skatey feel. Throw in four or all five fins for more control and hold on those deep turns. Top it all off with a fully machined eva traction that delivers superior traction between the rider’s feet and the board.
The Byerly Action is a fast and maneuverable hybrid style board that still has the skim style tendencies necessary to let you unleash your full bag of tricks on the water.
